Maria Pizza Freeport, its independently owned and operated franchisees, and its service providers may use an automatic telephone dialing system ("autodialer") to deliver Maria Pizza Freeport text messages to you.
Maria Pizza Freeport text messages are intended to provide you with information about upcoming promotions, product launches and contests.
Message Frequency:
The number of Maria Pizza Freeport text messages that you receive will vary depending on how many or Maria Pizza Freeport’s text messaging programs for which you sign up to receive messages. You will receive a maximum of five (5) marketing related messages per month. The frequency of non- marketing messages will vary as such messages will be directly related to a recently completed service call.
Cost:
Message and data rates may apply to each text message sent or received in connection with Maria Pizza Freeport text messages, as provided in your mobile telephone service rate plan (please contact your mobile telephone carrier for pricing plans), in addition to any applicable roaming charges. Maria Pizza Freeport does not impose a separate fee for sending Maria Pizza Freeport text messages.

How to Opt-out:
To stop receiving text messages from a specific Maria Pizza Freeport text messaging program, text STOP to the ten-digit number for the text messaging program from which you no longer wish to receive message (i.e., the ten-digit number from which its text messages are being sent). You will then receive confirmation to you opt-out of that text messaging program.

Your continued consent to receive Maria Pizza Freeport text messages will indicate your acceptance of those changes.
